A state-of-the-art electrochemical sensor provides reliable protection, while the Secure-Lock mounting plate deters tampering. Digital readout automatically displays carbon monoxide levels detected when alarm is activated. Current and peak carbon monoxide levels detected from 10-500ppm can be manually displayed with the push of a button. The factory pre-installed long-life battery is guaranteed to last the life of the carbon monoxide detector, and is locked within a compartment secured with a tamper resistant screw. Simply pull out tab to start detection. A unique Sensor Life Monitor alerts you when the carbon monoxide detector sensor life has expired. UL Listed, IAS certified, 5-year factory warranty.

	NOTE: Underwriters Laboratories has tested the ProTech carbon monoxide alarms at 30, 70, 150 and 400ppm. To assure that an alarm will be activated at or below 70ppm within 1-4 hours, but not false alarm below 30ppm, this detector may alarm as low as 40 ppm.
